SYSTEM OVERVIEW

Built for secure, adaptable sign installations

Telescoping design

Compatible square tube sizes slide into the next larger size for adjustment, reinforcement, and splicing.

Four-side mounting

Square posts support back-to-back or adjacent-side signage with strong torsional stability.

Galvanized protection

Inline zinc-coated steel provides durable corrosion resistance for roadway use.

Breakaway options

Compatible anchor systems support yielding roadside installations when properly engineered and installed.

SQUARE POSTS

Perforated and Qwik-Punch® sizes

Standard posts use 7/16-inch pre-punched holes on 1-inch centers. Qwik-Punch models use 7/16-inch knockouts on 1-inch centers on all four sides.

Square tubing: ASTM A1011 Grade 50 steel. Galvanizing: ASTM A653. Values are manufacturer brochure specifications; confirm project requirements and availability with the quote.

ROUND SIGN SYSTEM

Round post and anchor sizes

Socket-and-wedge round systems provide corrosion resistance and 50 ksi yield strength from the inline galvanizing process.

Round posts are stocked in 10-foot and 12-foot lengths. Other lengths are available upon request. The 2.875-inch × 12-gauge configuration is used for anchors.

ANCHORING OPTIONS

Compatible installation systems

Single breakaway anchor

Ground-level installation using manual or power equipment; designed for minimum installation time.

Two-piece breakaway anchor

An outer sleeve adds double-wall thickness to create a yielding breakaway system.

Heavy-duty anchor

For larger posts, concrete, and higher-impact areas; heavy wall construction can eliminate a stiffener sleeve.

Stabilization sleeve

Supports soft, drop-off, loose, or sandy shoulders and attaches to the anchor and post.

Omni-directional anchor

Designed for easier installation and performance in loose-soil conditions.

Slip-base system

For larger signs where the post is too strong for a conventional breakaway function.

Important: Final post, anchor, hardware, embedment, and installation method must be selected for the applicable sign area, wind loading, soil, roadway, and agency requirements.
